In 2022, Beihu District plans to attract more projects, improve the environment and enhance work efficiency, promoting the speed of putting the projects into operation.
The district has formulated a series of plans and set up 25 key project coordination and command centers to accelerate the construction of the projects.
Beihu District has been promoting the reform of government affairs, allowing people to reduce the materials to be prepared, the time to be wasted, the procedures to be followed and the money to be spent.
In Beihu District, efforts are being made to facilitate the review of construction drawings and to implement integrated examination and approval for transportation, water conservancy, energy and real estate.
Beihu District has promised that the signed project can be constructed immediately. The district has not only been furthering the reform of the “land use list system + notification commitment system”, but also promoting a batch of “technical examination separation” of construction project planning permits, a batch of notification commitment systems, and a batch of exemptions from review.
The small and medium-sized industrial plant projects in industrial parks can get service in advance after obtaining the real estate property rights certificate of the land.
The approval for engineering construction projects in the district is divided into two categories, namely government investment and social investment.
From project establishment to completion and acceptance, the time required for government-funded projects has been reduced from 82 working days to 45 working days, while that for social investment projects has been cut from 62 working days to 35 working days. The whole process has become much simpler and the efficiency has been greatly enhanced.
